Go BLOOM
Go Bloom is a program that offers career exploration to increase the success of obtaining gainful and meaningful community employment. Our goal is to work with all members of the community to eliminate the barriers of employment and bridge the gap between our job seekers and the employers who want to hire them.
In order to prepare individuals for job readiness, we offer job coaching services that include building resumes, searching for job opportunities, and practicing fundamental interview skills. We also continue to follow-up with our individuals after employment to ensure they are living up to their full potential.
